Creekside 18 is the residential apartment complex in Dubai Creek Harbour at The Lagoons. It is developed by Emaar. The residents have full access to the yacht club, the world-class marina, retail outlets, and restaurants located within the area.

The complex comprises two 37-storeyed residential towers, an annex tower, and a podium level. It is surrounded by 7,500,000 sqft of parks and open spaces, astonishing views of Dubai Downtown’s skyline, and hypnotising water glimmering.

Residents of the complex have full access to community attractions, such as Creek Beach, a 300-meter-long, human-made beach with white sands and infinity pools. In addition, Creekside 18 is situated in a close proximity to Creek Marina with yacht berths, and dozens of dining and shopping outlets.

Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club is a 20-minute drive away. It features an 18-hole championship large golf course with artificial lakes.

Dubai Festival City can be reached with 15 minutes. This area features more than 400 exquisite boutiques, 90 various dining options, 18-screen cinema, a bowling alley and a large shopping mall. Dubai Garden Glow is located within the same drive distance. It is one of the best winters Dubai sights situated on a 2,000,000 sqft area, making it the biggest glow park on the planet.

As the project was handed over at the end of 2020, there are no valid rent prices yet. However, the average ROI in Island District in Dubai Creek is 6%. For one-bedroom units, it can go up to 7.5%, while larger apartments show around 5.5% of return of investment (ROI). The whole area is still under development, but its proximity to Dubai’s main hubs and developed infrastructure guarantees that ROI will keep increasing.
